1 good size round steak
18 boiled eggs
1/8 tsp parsley
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Prepared meat sauce
toothpicks
1 lb Pasta of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare your meat sauce and put on simmer. cut round steak into 12 pieces, with each piece using a meat mallet place meat in between plastic wrap and pound out meat until paper thin, repeat with remaining meat and set aside. take 6 boiled eggs and smash with a fork. add parsley,onion powder and garlic powder to egg mixture.
Take one of round steak's and place in front of you,
take about 1/2 tsp of egg mixture and spread on meat. very thinly, place one boiled egg in center of meat and wrap the meat over the egg until the egg is completely covered using toothpicks to hold together. continue with remaining steak and eggs. place into a double broiler or oven and brown the meat all over. Place the meat into your prepared meat sauce and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. cook pasta and serve.
