Fresh elderberries
Pt of high quality brandy
About 2/3 c.- 1/3 pt. of raw honey

Directions:
Directions:
Fill pint jar with fresh elderberries. Pour honey in slowly, stirring to coat berries. Fill jar with brandy, stirring until air bubbles are released. Cover with a tight fitting lid and shake carefully to finish the mixing process. Set in a cool, dark place for 4-6 weeks. Strain, reserving the liquid and discarding the berries. Store in a dry, dark place.

Take 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. every 2-3 hours at the first sign of a cold.
