Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cake mix plus ingredients to bake cake
1 container frosting
1 pound chocolate for dipping (I use Candyman)

Directions:
Directions:
Make and bake cake according to package directions in a 9x13 pan. Cool. When cool, crumble cake into a large bowl. Add entire container of frosting and mix well. Roll into balls and put in freezer until very cold. Remove and dip in melted chocolate. Put on wax paper on a cookie sheet and back in freezer for about 5 min. to harden chocolate. Remove and put in a container. Store in refrigerator. ** You can use any flavor of cake or frosting. Some of my favorite combinations are red velvet cake mix with butter cream frosting (can use cream cheese frosting here too,) dipped in white or milk chocolate. We also like chocolate cake with butter cream frosting dipped in white chocolate, carrot cake with butter cream or cream cheese frosting dipped in white chocolate, strawberry cake with butter cream frosting dipped in milk chocolate. You can literally do any combination you like. You can also stick sucker sticks into the balls immediately after rolling and make "cake pops." They are also good without dipping in chocolate. SO many possibilities!
