2 sticks butter, room temperature
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
1 c. sifted flour
4 heaping T. cocoa
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Frosting:
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
2 heaping T. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Do not use a mixer for brownie part of this recipe. Combine first 4 ingredients then add flour, cocoa, and nuts. Pour batter into a greased and floured 15x10x2 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 25-30 min. or until done. (Test with toothpick to be sure it's done.)

For frosting:
Bring to a boil first 4 ingredients. Boil for 4-5 min. Remove from stove and add vanilla. Cool completely and then beat with a mixer until desired consistency.
