1 lb Ground beef
l large green pepper, chopped
l large onion, chopped
2 Tblsp chili Powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
3 C Campbell Tomato Juice
1 Can (about 15 oz each) Kidney beans and great Northern beans rinsed and drained
Sour Cream, Sliced green onions, Shredded Cheddar cheese and or chopped tomato

Directions:
Cook beef, green peppers onion, chili powder and black pepper in medium skillet, over medium high heat until beef is browned, tiring to separate meat. Pour off Fat.
Add tomato juice and beans. Reduce heat to low and heat through. Top with sour cream, green onions, cheese and tomato.©

Can change ground beef for ground turkey or chicken.
Can use this recipe for filings for taco's
You also can dress it up with your favorite topings the cheese can be inter changeable with different cheeses.
