1 lb ground beef
1 egg
3/4 c bread crumbs
1/4 c water
1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
Dash pepper
11/2 c water
2 beef boiullion cubes
1/3 c brown sugar
1/4 c raisins
21/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 c gingersnap crumbed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat with next 6 ingredients; shape into 1 inch balls.
Bring 11/2 cups of water to boil stir in beef cubes, sugar, raisins, lemon juice and gingersnap crumbs.
Add meatballs; spoon sauce over cook over med heat for 10 minutes. Turn meatballs over spoon sauce over and cook additional 10 minutes
