3 C sugar
¾ C (1 ½ stks butter)
1 small can (5 0z) evaporated milk (about 2/3 C)
1 ½ packages (12 squares Bakers semi-sweet baking chocolate) or 1 12-oz bag chocolate chips.
7 oz marshmallow creme (cheap brands don’t work) and when doubling, use almost one whole 13 oz jar will be okay.
1 C pecans
1 tsp vanilla

Grease 9 inch pan with butter. Place sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a large, heavy saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil on med heat, stirring constantly. Boil 4 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees F, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat.
Add chocolate and marshmallow crème and stir until melted. Add pecans and vanilla. Mix well. Pour immediately into prepared pan and spread to form an even layer. Let cool completely before cutting in 1 inch squares.
