10-12 oz. bag potato chips, crushed
16 oz. chip dip (French Onion or Ranch)
1 c. milk
8-12 pieces chicken
salt and pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 400º. Whisk together milk and dip. Dip chicken into mixture, then coat with potato chips. Place coated chicken on greased, foil-lined baking sheet. Bake chicken 10 min, then reduce heat to 375º and bake another 30 min. Melt butter, add garlic powder. Return oven temp to 450º and brush garlic butter over each piece of chicken and bake for an extra 5-10 min, or until chicken is golden brown and juices run clear.
