8-12 flour tortillas
3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
diced onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 oz. can diced green chilies
3 tsp. cumin
1 c. milk
2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 diced tomato

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, stir together soup, milk, onion, sour cream, cumin and chilies. Add chicken and 1 c. Monterey jack and 1 c. cheddar cheese. In a 9x13 greased baking dish, fill each tortilla with chicken mixture and roll up. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and diced tomatoes. Bake at 350º for 25-40 min, until bubbly.
