2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cubed (3 breasts)
1 package Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice, uncooked
1/2 c. mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped celery and green pepper
diced onion

Directions:

Mix all together, put into 9x13 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
