Rye Bread, cubed (I use marble rye)
1 can sauerkraut, drained
1 lb. sliced turkey (or corned beef)
1 c. Thousand Island dressing (or Russian)
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (or Swiss)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread bread in bottom of 9x13 pan. Layer with sauerkraut, then turkey. Pour dressing over top. Cover with sprayed aluminum foil. Bake at 400º for 20 min. Uncover. Sprinkle with cheese, bake 10 min longer or until cheese is melted.
