1 box Uncle Ben's rice or wild rice
1can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cold water
1tsp. parsley
dash of curry powder (I did not use this)
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
6 chicken breast or cut up chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients and water together. DO NOT mix in Onion Soup.
Spray casserole dish (deep dish) with Pam and put rice mixture in. Layer chicken on top and sprinkle with onion soup. Cover and bake 2-1/2 hours @ 325 degrees for 2-1/2 hours. DO NOT PEAK.
