Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 to 2 eggs per camper
Fillings: chopped ham, bacon, sausage, onions, peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, shredded cheeses, salsa, diced hash browns, chopped tomatoes or what ever you like

One quart sized Ziploc FREEZER bag for each camper but not the slider ones as they will leak.
Black Sharpee marker
Large pot rapidly boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-mix eggs so they are pourable or use egg substitute that comes in a carton. Use the marker to write each person’s name on a bag, but be sure it’s dried before the next step.

Each camper adds eggs along with ingredients of their choice to their bag, but not any cheeses. The oils in the cheese keep the eggs from cooking solidly. Don't add any other items, like tomatoes, you don’t want cooked in. Zip up the bag, getting as much air as possible out. Carefully drop into the boiling water. Be sure there are few enough bags floating that they don’t rest against the sides of the pot. Use tongs or scoop to turn bags over during cooking. Cooking time will depend on how much egg and ingredients there are in each bag. When done there should be no liquid egg. Fish out with tongs or scoop and fold out onto a plate. Add cheese and any other ingredients as desired.

These are a quick and easy to prepare once the initial preparation is done. I cut up all the ingredients before setting out on our family adventure, putting the ingredients into disposable containers like freezer bags and cartons. Kids love that they are creating their very own just-like-they-like-it meal. There is virtually no clean up, except for the eating utensils and plates.
