Baby Spinach
Strawberries
Drained Mandarin Oranges
1/2 c slivered almonds
3 T sugar
Poppyseed dressing / Raspberry Vinaigrette(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put sugar in sauce pan over medium heat, let turn brown and stir in almonds. Lay on wax paper to dry.

Mix the spinach, strawberries, oranges and almonds.

Serve with Poppyseed dressing or Raspberry Vinaigrette
