1 Package Butter Flavor Cake Mix with Pudding
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
1 Can (11oz.z) Mandarin Oranges

FROSTING:
In medium bowl stir together one 20oz. cab crushed pineapple with juice and 1 package(4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding. Fold in 1 cup thawed frozen whipped topping. (I us more)

Grease 2 9" layer cake pans. Line bottoms with waxpaper, grease again. set aside. Prepare cake mix according to package directions using oil, eggs and juice drained from oranges. Stir in oranges. Spread evenly in pans. Bake at 325º for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pans completely on racks. Place one layer on serving plate and spread with frosting. top with remaining layer. Frost top and sides.
