1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 avocado, sliced, if desired (I don’t)
1/4 cup water
1 cup thick taco salsa
1 can (16 oz.) Refried Beans
1 ½ cups sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. Ground Beef, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
GREASE: pie plate or dish. Mix Bisquick, water and beans. Spread in dish.

LAYER: remaining ingredients on bean mixture.

BAKE: 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with our cream if desired.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes depending on altitude.

Any salsa, taco sauce, or sour cream can be used when eating this dish. People at high altitude should preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
