Directions:
Combine flour, salt, cinnamon, butter, and coconut oil using pastry blending tool until mixture is very fine. Pour in water and vanilla. If dough is dry or crumbly, add in 1 tsp. of water at a time until dough is not crumbly.

Makes 2 crusts. Separate dough in half. Roll out on lightly floured surface. Can individually wrap dough in plastic wrap and freeze for future use. To prepare frozen dough, let thaw to room temperature.

Tip: When preheating your oven for your pie, place a baking sheet in the oven while it preheats. Once your pie is ready to bake, place the pie pan on the heated baking sheet. The heat in the baking sheet will help the bottom of the pie crust cook golden brown and crisp. The baking sheet also shields from pies bubbling over in your oven. I would recommend using this trick with all pie recipes for the perfect crust.
