2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese
1 pkg (8oz) sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1 T finely chopped pimento
1 T finely chopped green pepper
1 T finely chopped onion
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
dash of cayenne
dash salt
parsley chopped, chopped nuts.
Directions:
Directions:
Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar and add pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings. Mix well. Chill and shape into ball and roll in parsley or nuts.
