1/4 t salt
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
3 1/2 oz. coconut
1 square Bakers chocolate, melted
1/2 t vanilla

Directions:

Combine sugar and salt. Fold into egg whites. Fold in the rest.
Bake at 275 degrees for 15 minutes.
