1 box golden butter cake mix,
1/2 c. oil,
4 eggs,
1 can mandarin oranges with juice,

Frosting:
1 3-oz. pkg vanilla pudding,
1 9-oz. carton of Cool Whip,
1 can crushed pineapple with juice.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges with juice together. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

Icing: Mix vanilla pudding and Cool Whip together. Mix in crushed pineapple with juice. Frost cake and refrigerate.
