1 c. sugar,
1 c. grated carrots,
1 c. grated potato,
1 c. flour
1 c. margarine,
1 c. raisins,
1 tsp. vanilla,
1 tsp. soda,
1 tsp. cinnamon,
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Grease 2 lb. coffee can and fill 3/4 full of mixture. Put can in pan of water. Coffee can should be covered with foil. Bake at 325º for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. When toothpick inserted in center comes clean cake should be done. Make lemon jello pudding for sauce.
