1 1/2 c. hot water,
3/4 c. salad oil,
3 squares Baker's chocolate,
3 c. sifted cake flour,
1 tsp. salt,
2 tsp. soda,
3 eggs,
2 1/2 c. sugar or less
1 small carton sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water salad oil and chocolate in double boiler and melt chocolate. Sift together flour, salt and soda. Beat eggs well and gradually add sugar. Beat well. Add sour cream and vanilla. On lowest speed of mixer, gradually add 1/3 flour mixture alternately with chocolate mixture. Do not overbeat; end with flour mixture. Mix only until flour is blended. Line 9x13 pan with wax paper. Bake in 350º oven 40-45 min.

Chocolate frosting:
Combine 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, 2 squares Baker's chocolate. Put in double boiler and cook over hot water until thick about 10 minutes. when cooked add 1/4 tsp. vanilla.
