2 c. flour,
2 c. sugar,
1/4 c Hershey cocoa,
1/2 lb. butter,
1 c. water,
2 eggs,
1 tsp. vanilla,
1 tsp. baking soda,
1/2 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour and sugar. Separately: bring to a good simmer cocoa, butter, and 1 cup water.
Add hot mixture to flour/sugar mixture
Beat in eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and buttermilk. batter will be thin. Pour into greased 11 x 15 pan. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes.

Frosting: Heat and blend 1/4 lb. butter, 5-6 T. milk and 1/4 c. Hershey cocoa. Stir in 1 box powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 c chopped walnuts. Frost cake while still warm.
