1 can creamed corn
1 lb. ground beef
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium sized bowl of mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Make mashed potatoes as you normally would and set aside.
Brown ground beef in skillet, drain.
In large casserole dish, put all of beef in bottom of dish, then spread the can of cream corn over the top.
Spread mashed potatoes over corn and beef.
Cover with foil and cook for 45 minutes on 350º.
Remove foil, top dish with shredded cheese and cook an additional 15 minutes n 350º.
