1 lb. ground beef
1 16 oz. can of refried beans
1/2 c. hot taco sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 16 oz. container of sour cream
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped tomatoes
3/4 c. black olives
3/4 c. sliced jalapeño peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In large skillet over medium heat, brown beef.
Drain well.
Stir in beans, taco sauce, chili powder and cumin.
Heat until warm.
Spread the meat and bean mixture into a 9 x 13" casserole dish.
Spread sour cream over the beef and bean mixture, then sprinkle onions, tomatoes, olives and peppers.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve warm.
