Ingredients:  
1/2 c minced carrot
1/4 c minced onion
3 tblsp flour
1/2 tsp tyme
2 1/2 c chicken broth
3 tblsp dry sherry or white wine
1/2 cup cream
parsley
mushrooms
Saute carrots, onions and mushrooms. Add flour and thyme. Add broth. Puree in blender
Add sherry and cram and heat to boiling.
2 eggs
3 c milk
1 1/4 c flour
1 tsp salt

Combine eggs, milk, flour and salt. Dip rabbit in mixture and brown rabbit. Remove and place in baking dish. Bake till almost done. Last 5-10 minutes pour puree mixture over rabbitt.
