Ingredients:  
1 package hot dogs
8 oz. shredded cheese (cheddar is good)
Mashed potatoes (enough to cover 9 x 13 pan)
Directions:
Directions:
Slice hot dogs lengthwise and then in half.
Line 9 x 13" dish with hot dogs, flat side down.
Add cheese and potatoes together in bowl.
Spread over hot dogs.
Bake at 375º for 45 minutes.
