4 lg eggs
1 pkg (18.25 oz) French Vanilla or yellow cake mix
1 pkg (3.4 ox) French Vanilla or vanilla instant pudding & pie filling
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tsps. rum extract
1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 2/3 c holiday chips/morsels (divided)


Frosting:
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp butter or margarine, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease and flower 13 x 9 inch pan.
Beat eggs in large mixer bowl for one minute or until frothy.
Add cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, rum extract, and nutmeg.
Beat on high speed for two minutes.
Stir in 1/2 cup of morsels.
Spread in prepared pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 morsels over batter.
Bake 35 - 40 minutes.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

Frosting:
Beat cream cheese and butter in small bowl.
Gradually beat in powdered sugar and nutmeg until smooth.
Spread on cake after completely cooled.
