3 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 c. ham/sausage/etc
2 c. shredded cheese (Swiss, cheddar, etc)
1 deep dish pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Pierce pie crust several times with fork.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Beat eggs until frothy.
Add other ingredients.
Decrease over temperature to 350º.
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes.
