Dough:
1/4 oz. packet of yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup boiling milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 cups flour

Filling:
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cinnamon
optional: 1 cup raisins, pecans, walnuts, etc.

Glaze:
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
4-6 tbsp. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine milk, sugar, butter, salt, and eggs.until smooth.
3. Add 2 cups of flour until smooth. Then, use your hands to knead the yeast mixture and remaining flour into the dough.until easy to handle.
4. Knead dough on a flat floured surface for about 10 minutes.
5. Place in a greased bowl until it is twice the size. (about 1-1/2 hours)
6. When doubled, punch down the dough. Then roll out on a flat floured surface that will be placed on a 15x9 in. pan. Once you have the dough rolled out, spread melted butter over the entire top of dough. Then make the filling.
7. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the top. If you desire any toppings, place them on top.
8. Now, starting at the 15 in. side, roll the dough up. Be sure to pinch the edge together.
9. Cut into 12-15 slices. Place on a buttered pan with the slices close together, sprinkled with some sugar!
10. Let the rolls set in the pan until they double. It takes about an hour.
11. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until it is turning brown.
12. Make the glaze by mixing melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla together. Add 1 tbsp. of hot water at a time until smooth. Spread over the rolls once they have had time to cool. Enjoy!
