1 cup warm water
1 c warm milk
1/4 cup sugar
proof with 2 T yeast

3 T veg oil
2 tsp salt
4 cups white flour
1/2 cup wheat
1 cup pecans
(4T melted butter for dough)
(1/4 cup sugar and 2-3 T cinnamon, combine and reserve)

1. Proof yeast
2. Add Veg oil, stir
3. Add flour, make dough and knead 5 min
4. Rise 1-2 hours
5. roll into rectangle 1/4 ' thick
6. Spread with melted butter
7. sprinkle on cinn/sugar mixture
8. Toast 1 cup pecans in toaster oven for 1-2 minutes
9. melt in saucepan 5-10 mins, til liquidy, 1/4 cup corn syrup, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter
10. roll dough up into a long log.
11. Pour melted sugar and butter into large cookie sheet then place pecans on spread evenly
12. Cut log into 1" buns and place over the pecans & sugar
13. Let rise 30 minutes in a warm place, covered.
14. Bake 325º convection bake for 20 minutes
15. flip onto another cookie sheet when you take out of oven.
