1.5 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp b soda
2.5 cups flour
1.5 cup diced rhubard

top 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
cream 1.5 cup brown sugar and oil, add egg and vanilla , beat well.
Pour flour /alternate with buttermilk
add rhubarb
Pour into 2 greased & floured loaf tins
sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top
bake 325 for 60 mins.
