1 lb. Johnsville brats ( any type of sausage would do)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 T. caraway seeds
1-16 oz can of sauerkraut
1/2 buttered bread crumbs (opt)
4 cup diced potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Slice sausage
mix soup, and mayonnaise together
combine sausage, caraway and sauerkraut with soup mixture. Fold in potatoes, put in casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. 9X13 pan
