1 pie shell of your choosing- vanilla wafer, graham cracker
1-3.5 oz. instant lemon pudding
20 oz. can crushed pineapple- juice and all
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix well the lemon pudding, can of crushed pineapple, marshmallows, and Cool Whip©. Place in pie shell. Chill thoroughly. Can garnish with the leftover Cool Whip, or lemon zest if desired.
