Batter:
1 C. Flour
1/3 t. salt
2 T Sugar
2 Eggs, well beaten
1/2 C. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift Flour, measure and sift with Sugar and Salt. Combine Eggs and Milk. Add dry ingredients, Mix until smooth. The aount of sugar may be adjusted depending on the main ingredient.
ADD To BATTER: Chopped Clams
Corn
Chopped Onion Bacon, (optional)
Fry on griddle like you would pancakes until cooked through. Serve hot Also good cold for breakfast.
