1 Envelope Knox gel
¼ c. cold water
1 ½ c. scalded milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
¼ tsp. salt
1 c. cream whipped
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
¾ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pour cold water in bowl, add gelatin. Add milk to slightly beaten egg yolks, and sugar and salt. Cook over boiling water until thickened. Add gel to hot custard and stir til dissolved. Cool slightly and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, whipped cream, which has been mixed with powdered sugar and vanilla.
