Powdered Sugar
1/4 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp salt
3 large eggs
1 can pumpkin
1 c granulated sugar
FILLING
1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese ( softened)
1 c conf, sugar
6 Tbsp buter (softened)
1 tsp vaniila extract

FOR CAKE
Preheat oven at 375º. Grease a 15x10 jelly roll pan. line with wax paper. Grease and flour waxed paper.
COMBINE
Flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt in a small bowl. Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl until thick. Beat in pumpkin. Stir in flour mixture. Spread into prepared pan.
BAKE
Bake 13 to 15 minutes at 375º
Sprinkle a thin kitchen towel with powdered sugar immediately loosen and turn cake onto prepared towel. Roll up cake and towel together. Cool on wire rack.
FILLING
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla extract in small bowl until smooth. Carefully unroll cake and remove towel spread cream cheese filling evenly over cake and roll up sprinkle with conf. sugar before serving. Enjoy!
