2 Tbsp fast acting yeast
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tsp. salt
2 eggs beaten
7 to 9 cups flour

COMBINE first 5 ingredients
ADD beaten egg
MIX
KNEAD in flour
LET RISE for 15 minutes, then punch down
REPEAT 3 times, make buns and let rise for 1 hour
BAKE at 350 for 30 minutes
