1 16-oz. pkg. angel food cake mix
1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple in own juice, undrained
Fresh pineapple slices (optional)

Directions:
Combine cake mix and pineapple with juice in a large bowl, beat well at medium speed until well blended. Pour batter into an ungreased 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes or until cake springs back with lightly touched.
Invert tube pan: cook cake 1 hour and 30 minutes. Gently loosen cake from sides of pan, using a narrow metal spatula. Remove cake from pan. Garnish with fresh pineapple slices, if desired.
