4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar (can substitute Splenda)
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. oleo
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in order listed (I use the blender), mix well. Pour into greased 10 inch pie dish. Bake at 350ºF oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown. The center will appear rather soft. It will be solid enough to cut after it cools.

Done properly, it will have a delicate crust over the top, sides and bottom. The center will be a perfect cream pie! This recipe comes from my grandma, Shirley Bongiorni.
