1 lb. of lard
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. anise
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
6 cups flour
1/4 cup orange juice or brandy
cinnamon/sugar mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and lard until creamy, add eggs and beat in. Mix baking powder, salt and flour in another bowl, then add to lard mixture. Add vanilla and orange juice or brandy.

Use cookie press to form cookies on baking sheet.

Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes, until brown. Dip in cinnamon/sugar mixture while still warm.
