2 pkgs. caramel candy
2 tsp. water
3 c. chopped pecans
8 squares of melting chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramel and water in a double boiler. Add pecans and drop by spoon on buttered wax paper and let cool. Melt chocolate in microwave safe bowl. Dip caramel in chocolate and let cool.

This recipe actually called for 8 - 10 cent Hershey Bars. That's how long ago it was written. Just wanted to share!
