1 lb spareribs
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c vinegar
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 c ketchup
9 oz can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp shoyu

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs in serving pieces. Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt and stir in vinegar, ketchup, undrained pineapple and shoyu. Cook until slightly thickened about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Arrange layers of spareribs in roasting pan. Cover with 1/2 pineapple mixture, another layer of ribs and top with remaining mixture. Cover pan tightly and bake in a slow oven at 325% and 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
