1 cup flour
1 t. baking powder
3/4 t. salt
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 T. butter
1t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture. Beat thoroughly. Heat milk and butter to boiling point. Add to batter. Pour in a greased 8x8 pan. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.

I got this recipe from Aunt Beulah. I remember her baking it and serving with fresh strawberries. Yummy!
