2 lbs. ground turkey
1/2 onion chopped
1 can Bush pinto beans
32 oz. chicken broth
5 red potatoes (sliced and cooked)
5 carrots (sliced and cooked)
1 can Italian green beans
1 t. cumin
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute ground turkey and onion. Drain if necessary. Add into soup pot along with all other ingredients (no need to drain canned ingredients). Heat thoroughly.

After my uncle Doug Horton passed away, a sweet friend made a big batch of this and brought it to the house. My aunt Donna says it's the only thing that tasted good to her for weeks. It's satisfying and tastes good no matter the weather or mood.
