3/4 scoop whey vanilla protein powder
1 t. unsweetened cocoa
1 t. all natural organic creamy peanut butter
1/2 banana (can be frozen the night before or fresh)
splenda or stevia to taste

This is great for taking out the door in the morning! Because of the protein it keeps me satisfied longer than some other smoothies. And my girls will drink it!!
