Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. cooked hamburger
1 jar (or can) of Sloppy Joe sauce (I use Not-So-Sloppy-Joe by Hormel)
4 baking potatoes or 1 for each person eating.
Shredded Cheddar

Optional Toppings:
Sour Cream
Bacon Bits
Chopped Onion
Chopped green pepper
Sliced ripe olives

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain and add Sloppy Joe sauce. Cook for 5 minutes or so on low or medium heat until heated through.
While hamburger is browning. Clean potatoes and pierce with a fork. Place potatoes on a microwavable plate and microwave. I usually microwave them anywhere for 3-4 minutes per potato or until they are soft when you pierce them with a fork.
Once potatoes are tender, cut a slit in each one 2/3 of the way to the bottom; gently press ends together to create a "well."
Top potatoes with Sloppy Joe Mixture, cheese, and any other toppings you desire.

Personal Notes:
If you use the "Not-So-Sloppy Joe" sauce it is a gluten-free meal. You can find the sauce at Hy-Vee next to the other Sloppy Joe sauces. It comes in a glass jar. Although since it is Hormel brand I would guess you can find it elsewhere too.

Beware-these are VERY filling!
