Hard salami - sliced
Cream cheese - softened
Horseradish (in jar)
Heat oven to 450

Spread 1/2 tsp. cream cheese on half of a slice of salami. Add 1/4 tsp. horseradish. Roll up from spread side and pin with toothpick.

Place tray with roll-ups in hot oven and turn on broiler. Pan should not be at top of oven. When edges start to crisp and the salami sizzles, remove. Place on paper towels to drain and eat while still warm.

3 or 4 per person, so prepare according to how many guests.

I like mine spicey, so I add more horseradish.
