1 lb. medium egg noodles
6 eggs
1 lb. cottage cheese (small curd)
1 lb. sour cream
5 cups sugar
3 tablespoons vanilla
1 16 oz can of crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a bowl: 6 eggs, cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla & pineapple.
Cook noodles until done and drain.
In a large rectangular pan pour the mixture into the noodles until completely mixed.

Sprinkle cinnamon on top and bake in the oven on 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Cover with aluminum foil for the last half hour.

Let cool and cut into squares.
