4 boneless chicken breasts
4 slices dried beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
4 strips bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Grease casserole dish and preheat oven to 325º. Lay chicken breast flat on surface. Split or pound flat if necessary. Layer with a slice of dried beef. Mix soup and sour cream in small bowl. Spread 1/2 of mixture over dried beef. Carefully roll chicken breast to close. Wrap with slice of bacon and insert toothpick to secure. Place in casserole dish and pour remaining soup mixture over top of each roll. Cover dish and bake for 2 hours. Uncover for last 15 minutes. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
